Basic Package
Basic coverage package, from the moment requested by the customer, in up to 48 hours technical support coverage is scheduled
“125” Package
Annual coverage package using a pre-defined and pre-paid number of support hours.
“365” Full Package
Premium support with unlimited working hours of the technicians.
“365” (Full Coverage Package)
Annual support with unlimited working hours of the technicians.
Number of preset hours: Unlimited (obviously as long as necessary to resolve any damage).
Response time: in up to 60 minutes per hour.
The "365" package includes a monthly (preventive) inspection visit of all machines for the below:
- Backup, systems (PC, PLC) and database,
- Detailed control of electrical and mechanical parts of the systems.
- Correct operation check o Central PC
- Operating system (Win OS & Siemens Runtime CC)
- Siemens PLC
- Siemens Remote IO
- Machine inverter
- SSR and temperature measuring sensors of the Dryer.
- Datalogic Photocells
- Base of predetermined actions/procedures which are described in a detailed report and delivered to the client at the end of each monthly visit, detailed checks that certify the correct operation of the systems
Note Unlimited “365” coverage covers business hours only
“125” (125 hours coverage package)
Annual coverage package using a pre-defined and pre-paid number of support hours.
Number of scheduled hours: 125 Response time: In up to 120 minutes per hour. Extra charge for non-working hours and days (Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00).
The "125" package includes 1 preventive visit every 3 months to check all the machines for the below (4 visits in total for each contract year):
- Backup, systems (PC, PLC) and database,
- Detailed control of electrical and mechanical parts of the systems.
- Correct operation check o Central PC
- Operating system (Win OS & Siemens Runtime CC)
- Siemens PLC o Siemens Remote IO
- Machine inverter o SSR and temperature measuring sensors of the Dryer.
